Returns & Refunds
Eligibility
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
